GoGrimes offers ongoing support and hosting services to meet the needs of our clients.
The packaged services can be purchased on a yearly basis. Discounts are offered for multi-year agreements.
Most of the GoGrimes packages include Hosting and Support for
one year after the website is published. After the first year many GoGrimes client then purchase a Hosting and/or Support
package.
Support Services
S1 -- Basic Support $189/yr -- Response Time: Updates posted within 48 hours M-F.
The Basic Support Service includes one* hour a month of site updates such as
posting of newsletters, changing page text, adding images, email address changes and general site maintenance.
S2 -- Enhanced Support $389/yr -- Response Time: Updates posted within 24 hours M-F.
The Enhanced Support Service includes two* hours a month of site updates such as
posting of newsletter, changing text, adding images, email address changes and general site maintenance.
S3 -- Premier Support $589/yr -- Response Time: Updates posted within 24 hours 7 days/wk.
The Premier Support service includes a web site comments or problem report form so that visitors can report any problems
they may experience directly to us for quick correction or submit comments about your web site. Premier Support also includes two* hours a month
for site updates, general site maintenance or new development work.
*support hours are non-cummlative
