The Process
Establishing a website may seem a difficult task but GoGrimes makes it easy. A 4-phase process provides assurance
that a website meets the needs of the customer and is delivered in a timely manner.

Assessment - Begins with the needs assessment and follows up
with an in-depth interview. After the customer explains what is desired in a website, GoGrimes sends a Solution Recommendation
including the project cost. Upon customer approval, GoGrimes requests a Deposit and a signed Terms and Conditions agreement.

Development - The development process begins with the registration of a domain name and the posting of an "Under Construction" webpage.
A Domain name is the web URL location of a website. (www.BusinessName.com) GoGrimes follows an Approval To Proceed (ATP) process
that guarantees a timely and accurate delivery of the website.
During the development process, ATP emails will request frequent reviews and approvals of portions of the website as it is being developed.

Review - When the site is complete, the customer will receive a final ATP request asking for approval of the website for deployment.
Approval is required before the website is deployed, this ensures that the website meets or exceeds the standards and requirements set by the customer.

Deployment - Upon receipt of final payment the website is then published to the web. GoGrimes will also submit the website to the most
popular search engines for indexing. (Included in G4,G5 and G6 packages. G1, G2 and G3 may require an additional fee).
